A life well-lived…

At a time when many organizations are struggling to remain active and relevant, Philadelphia Area Alumnae Panhellenic celebrates the women who are the glue that hold us together. Connie Long was one of those women.

​

Connie was dedicated to promoting the value of sorority life beyond the college years. She had been involved with Philadelphia Area Alumnae Panhellenic (PAAP) for years and served as president in 1986-87. Even though she was not her chapter’s official representative, Connie regularly attended meetings. She served as PAAP’s Scholarship Chair in 2024, and she was recipient of the PAAP’s 2024 Outstanding Alumna Award.

Sadly, Connie passed away suddenly in January, 2025.

 

It is in her honor that we dedicate this graduate student scholarship fund.​​
